1892-12 thru 1893-04

Freight cars marked Northern (NH) "N&CV Line" and Boston & Lowell "N&CV Line" are being reletter to Boston & Maine "N&CV Line" retaining their original numbers

Discussion, General Notes

It appears after 1893-04 the B&M stopped the relettering into the B&M 01001-01620 series and either

Retired the old cars, and built new cars for B&M 11000-11217 "N&CV Line" series
Moved all of them to the B&M 11000-11217 "N&CV Line" series (Speculation: I think this is more likely?)

Paint Schemes

Per posting in Early Rail Modeling (EarlyRail@groups.io) group
Argus & Patriot (Montpeliar, NH) 1/11/1882:
St. Albans shops (Central Vermont) building a number of freight cars for the new line between Montreal and Boston, 33' long, painted a light green and lettered in yellow "Northern Central Vt. Line" on one end and on the other "Central Vermont"
The Lowell and Northern roads are also building cars of the same description for their part of the compliment
