Western roads are respectfully requested to load the cars in question for points in New England, via Canadian Pacific Despatch, as rapidly as possible, and car accountants and agents in New England will please release such cars from loads promptly, and immediately send them empty to the Concord & Montreal RR for the purpose of being re-marked, or load them locaally for stations on the C&M RR
