NOT a Builder's Photo

Obtained on ebay, as a print apparently taken out of a photo album.
It appears to be a print of the same photo as in Vermont's Granite Railroads, p261 (which is credited to E Lancaster)
but with a scratch (or strap being blown around?) obscuring part of the center of the car.
