Total lease is 700 cars - this includes the 78000, 3000 and 3100 series.

10/1992 - Are these new cars? Hard to tell, but dimensions match previous 78000 series cars (why were they not listed for 7 issues?)
Evans/Seico leased to AN (Apalachicola Northern Railroad?) in 1994 (AN 7000-7084 - 85 cars)
