Discussion, General Notes

• Pullman Standard 77000 series 50' PS-1 conversions
  (see 77000 series listing for sources)
• 10/1970 - note series 100-149 (Insulated box) were inserted above the 700 series cars.
  The 700 series cars just used " ("ditto") from earlier years, and I believe this is just a "carry over" from previous editions (i.e. they forgot to fix the typography), and was corrected 10/1972.
